Registered Architect – Transport Infrastructure

About the role

WestonWilliamson+Partners, an award-winning architecture and urban design practice part of Egis Group, is hiring a Registered Architect for its Sydney studio. You will join the design director's team to deliver the concept design of a groundbreaking nation-wide project, working across all stages from early concept and stakeholder engagement through to technical development, documentation and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with the design director on a project of national significance.
• Deliver concept design and collaborate with architects, urban designers, engineers and clients in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Contribute to complex, high-profile projects connected to the city alongside experienced transport architects.

Required profile

• Ideally 4+ years of industry experience as a registered Architect on large-scale transport infrastructure projects.
• Degree in Architecture and Registered Architect of Australia.
• Demonstrated experience in transport, infrastructure or civil architecture.
• Experience on large-scale and/or major projects strongly desired.
• Understanding of how great public architecture works in practice, technically, commercially and for users.

Required skills

• Highly developed design skills across scales, from precinct-level thinking to detailed resolution.
• Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Collaborative mindset in a fast-paced, design-led studio.
