Regional Training Manager

About the role

Specsavers is looking for a Regional Training Manager to join its Retail Support team and build capability across store teams in Western Australia. You will design and deliver engaging training programmes through workshops, store visits and online learning, helping staff develop the skills and confidence needed to excel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver tailored training and coaching programmes for retail stores across WA.
• Conduct on‑site workshops, store visits and virtual sessions to reinforce learning.
• Collaborate with store leaders to align training initiatives with business objectives.
• Monitor training effectiveness and adjust content to meet evolving needs.
• Act as a mentor and role model, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering impactful training and coaching programmes.
• Retail background with a passion for developing people.
• Excellent communication skills for both small groups and large audiences.
• Self‑motivated, committed to continuous learning and development.
• Customer‑service focus and ability to create end‑to‑end capability initiatives.
• Strong influencing and collaboration skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regionally.
