Regional Sales Manager – NSW & QLD

About the role

Retail Safari is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead the Origin Energy Sales Program across New South Wales and Queensland. This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work from home or from our Sydney office while driving sales performance and ensuring program SLAs and KPIs are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and motivate Team Leaders and Business Sales Representatives to achieve state‑based targets.
• Design and execute sales strategies and action plans that maximise results and sustain performance.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding customer needs and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal operational and analytics teams to drive continuous improvement and optimal commercial outcomes.
• Monitor market conditions, competitor activity and customer trends to inform strategy and identify opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B direct sales experience managing field‑based teams across multiple locations.
• Strong stakeholder management, relationship‑building and leadership capabilities.
• Proven analytical and reporting ability with high attention to detail.
• Current valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
