Regional Sales Manager – Joint Reconstruction

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a high‑performing Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of Product Specialists within Joint Reconstruction. You will drive strategic account planning, coach your team, and collaborate cross‑functionally to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales and Key Account Planning initiatives to grow revenue, market share and profitability.
• Coach, mentor and review performance of a high‑performing sales team to build account management capability.
• Support the creation and execution of account plans, leveraging customer insights and aligning sales with marketing objectives.
• Manage workforce planning, budgeting, talent development and cross‑functional collaboration to maximise commercial opportunities.
• Maintain accurate business reporting, ensure compliance with company, quality and healthcare standards.

Required profile

• Degree qualified with proven orthopaedic sales experience, preferably in hip and knee arthroplasty.
• Strong commercial acumen and deep knowledge of the local Australian market.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills at all business levels.
• Passion for coaching, developing people and influencing stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a growth mindset, adaptable and solution‑focused.
