Refrigeration Mechanic – FIFO 2:1 Roster in Brisbane

About the role

Join Sodexo’s Facility Maintenance team as a Refrigeration Mechanic on a 2:1 FIFO roster in Brisbane. You will keep refrigeration and related systems running safely and efficiently for our village sites.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on refrigeration equipment across domestic and commercial facilities.
• Diagnose faults, repair or replace components, and ensure systems operate to safety standards.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to support overall facility reliability.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and complete required documentation.

Required profile

• Relevant trade qualification(s) and certificates; QBCC registration or ability to obtain it.
• Australian citizenship or full working rights.
• 3‑5 years post‑apprenticeship experience in a similar maintenance role.
• Willingness to undergo pre‑employment medical and background checks.
• Flexibility to work 11‑hour days on a two‑weeks‑on, one‑week‑off schedule.
