Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Western Australia. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from advertising vacancies to supporting onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for multiple vacancies.
• Draft, post and maintain job adverts on various platforms.
• Screen applications, shortlist candidates and schedule interviews.
• Support hiring managers with interview preparation and selection.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and best practices.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and produce reports.
• Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive, organised and solution‑focused approach.
• Passionate about candidate care with strong attention to detail.
• Professional phone manner and excellent verbal and written communication.

Required skills

• Experience with the PageUp recruitment platform (advantageous but not essential).
