Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator to join our People & Development team at G.James’ Eagle Farm head office. In this full‑time, permanent position you will support end‑to‑end recruitment across a high volume of blue‑collar and white‑collar roles, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities for a large number of vacancies, from job advertising to onboarding.
• Manage candidate communications, schedule interviews and maintain recruitment administration.
• Partner with hiring managers to drive attraction, selection and onboarding processes.
• Maintain recruitment systems, candidate records and talent pipelines.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters and onboarding documentation.
• Support employer branding initiatives such as career expos and talent attraction campaigns.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Required profile

• Demonstrated passion for recruitment and strong relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to juggle competing priorities.
• Positive, solutions‑focused attitude with the ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to confidentiality and a candidate‑centred approach.

Required skills

• Experience using an applicant tracking system, preferably JobAdder or a similar ATS.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
