Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

Join a fast‑growing mining organisation as a Recruitment Coordinator within an internal HR team. You will support large‑scale workforce delivery across both blue‑collar and white‑collar positions, working closely with hiring managers across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for blue‑ and white‑collar roles, delivering approximately 10 hires per month.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and support project‑based workforce planning.
• Run job briefs, advertise vacancies (Seek), source, screen and shortlist candidates.
• Pre‑qualify candidates quickly in a high‑velocity environment.
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking using Excel and an ATS.
• Collaborate with HR administration on onboarding, mobilisation and pre‑employment processes.
• Balance strong stakeholder engagement with efficient delivery.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in‑house).
• Proven experience in volume or project‑based hiring, preferably in mining, construction or similar sectors.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and administrative capability.
• Comfortable working with ATS and recruitment trackers.
• Ability to adapt between transactional (blue‑collar) and consultative (white‑collar) hiring approaches.
• High energy, resilient, proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
• Australian citizenship is required.
