Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

Linkforce is expanding its recruitment team and is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to source blue‑collar talent for shutdown operations. You will work closely with hiring managers and an onboarding team to ensure a smooth end‑to‑end mobilisation process.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit blue‑collar roles such as Fitters, Boilermakers, Electricians, Riggers, Scaffolders and Trades Assistants.
• Engage with a high volume of candidates in a fast‑paced environment.
• Review qualifications, tickets and documentation for compliance.
• Participate in weekly onboarding sessions and support candidate mobilisation.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide recruitment advice.

Required profile

• Proven experience in blue‑collar recruitment, preferably within the resources or mining sector.
• Ability to manage the full candidate lifecycle from screening to placement.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and able to handle competing priorities.
