Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Pure Source Recruitment, a small agency with a team of six, is looking for a Recruitment Consultant. The first 6-12 months focus on business development, and the agency specialises in placing white-collar professional, corporate support, management and executive roles.

Key responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand their business operations and hiring needs
• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process for white-collar professional roles
• Identify and interview candidates suited to the roles
• Manage the workflow from picking up a job through to placement
• Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability and success in a B2B client-facing role
• Desire and willingness to pursue a career in recruitment
• Competent communicator able to build professional relationships
• Coachable attitude and commitment to doing what is required
