About the role

MARS Recruitment is expanding its Accounting & Finance team in Perth and seeks a motivated Recruitment Consultant. You will work full‑time, supporting major Australian businesses by managing the end‑to‑end hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Gather job briefs from clients and create targeted advertising material.
• Source, shortlist, interview and conduct reference checks for candidates.
• Develop and maintain a personal client portfolio, generating new business opportunities.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from planning to day‑one readiness.
• Update internal databases and provide career advice to candidates.
• Negotiate outcomes that satisfy both clients and candidates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum two years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency or large internal setting.
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
• Performance‑driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a solutions‑oriented mindset.
