Recruitment Consultant

About the role

As an Onsite Recruitment Consultant you will drive talent acquisition for a fast‑growing, design‑led organisation in Australia, supporting hiring across the ANZ region. Based in the client’s Sydney studio, you will work closely with hiring managers in design, project management, construction, commercial and corporate functions to deliver a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for ANZ vacancies, from brief and job posting to offer management and onboarding handover.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions and align on candidate profiles and timelines.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and specialist networks, including direct search.
• Conduct initial screening calls and structured competency interviews to assess suitability and cultural fit.
• Manage offer processes, including benchmarking, negotiations and pre‑employment checks.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting using an ATS.

Required profile

• Proven in‑house or agency recruitment experience, ideally within the built environment, workplace design, construction or professional services sectors.
• Track record of handling multiple concurrent vacancies across various disciplines and seniority levels.
• Strong direct sourcing capability and confidence communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
