Recruitment Consultant – Blue Collar

About the role

We are seeking an experienced blue‑collar Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Perth. You will own an established desk and partner with leading WA mining, civil, construction, infrastructure and industrial clients to secure high‑quality talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes from sourcing to placement for roles such as mobile plant operators, civil construction personnel, trades, maintenance and workshop staff.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across Western Australia.
• Source, screen and interview candidates, coordinate mobilisation, onboarding and compliance.
• Maintain talent pools, conduct reference checks and candidate assessments.
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve individual and team recruitment targets.
• Keep accurate records in the CRM and recruitment systems.

Required profile

• Passion for recruitment with a focus on the blue‑collar market.
• Previous agency recruitment or labour‑hire experience, preferably in mining, civil, construction or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of the WA workforce landscape and sourcing channels.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies while delivering high service levels.
• Excellent communication, consultative approach and team‑first mindset.
• Proactive, commercially minded and eager to grow your desk.
