Recruitment Consultant - Accounting & Finance

About the role

DMC Recruitment, a specialist agency for accounting and finance, commercial and analytics, and digital sales and marketing, is looking for an ambitious recruiter to take ownership of an established accounting and finance desk. The desk has existing clients, live vacancies and immediate billing opportunities. It suits an experienced 360 recruiter seeking a new challenge or a high-performing resourcer ready to step up, with autonomy to build your own market and client base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Build strong client and candidate relationships
• Source, interview and place high-quality talent
• Provide market insights and recruitment advice
• Manage offers through to successful placement
• Grow your own specialist desk and personal brand

Required profile

• Agency recruitment experience, or a successful resourcer ready to move into a 360 role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercial, results-driven mindset
• Resilience, energy and ambition
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Accounting and finance recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential
• Full Australian working rights required
