Recruitment Advisor – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join our dynamic Talent Team and help deliver innovative, high‑impact talent solutions across a multi‑sector portfolio. You will partner with hiring managers in Maritime, Freight, Ports, Aviation, Urban Mobility, Regional Services, Transport Sustainability and Strategic Projects to shape recruitment strategies that attract exceptional people.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to plan, design and manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Shape role descriptions and job designs in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Guide managers through advertising, assessment, selection and onboarding.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, analyse data and drive continuous improvement.
• Leverage sourcing platforms and tools to enhance candidate attraction.
• Support onboarding and align talent initiatives with broader People and Culture programs.
• Collaborate with the Talent Team to ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering full‑cycle recruitment and selection services.
• Strong understanding of contemporary recruitment practices and a passion for improving processes.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and contribute to recruitment initiatives.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Sound knowledge of recruitment and employment legislation.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes.
• Flexibility to travel and work off‑site as needed.
