Recruitment Advisor – Mining

About the role

The Recruitment Advisor will lead end‑to‑end hiring for a leading national mining and civil construction organisation. Working closely with hiring leaders, you will drive the attraction, assessment and selection of blue‑collar talent in a fast‑paced operational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a high‑volume portfolio of blue‑collar mining positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to provide expert recruitment advice and support workforce planning.
• Source candidates through advertising, pipeline development, prescreening and interviewing.
• Coordinate pre‑employment checks, including medicals, police clearances, qualification verification and work‑right validation.
• Prepare and issue employment offers and related documentation.
• Maintain recruitment governance, compliance and data integrity standards.
• Identify and escalate recruitment risks as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an end‑to‑end recruiter for blue‑collar roles within mining or a related sector.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to manage a high‑volume recruitment portfolio with meticulous attention to detail.
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to work in a supportive, hands‑on environment.
