Recruitment Advisor

About the role

ASC is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to manage end‑to‑end hiring for a diverse portfolio of roles supporting Australia’s submarine programme. The role is full‑time on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis and offers flexible working arrangements, including work‑from‑home options.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment from job briefing through to offer and onboarding.
• Execute sourcing strategies using approved advertising channels, talent pools and internal referral networks.
• Screen, assess and shortlist candidates against role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications and collect feedback.
• Provide day‑to‑day recruitment support and guidance to hiring managers.
• Manage multiple vacancies concurrently while maintaining compliance with recruitment policies.
• Escalate complex or high‑risk recruitment matters to the Recruitment Team Leader.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a related people‑focused role.
• Knowledge of full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer management.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
