Recruiting Sourcer II

About the role

Datadog is looking for a Recruiting Sourcer to help drive its growth by finding exceptional talent. The Sourcer partners closely with Recruiters to build creative, tailored strategies for engaging passive candidates and acts as the first point of contact for new candidates, helping identify great people and tell the Datadog story. The role is hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain an active and passive candidate pipeline for complex, hard-to-fill positions using sources such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, sourcing campaigns, Google X-Ray searches, past event attendee lists and others.
• Promote job openings internally and work with employees to find hidden talent in their networks.
• Develop and run strategic sourcing plans, tracking progress and sharing it with stakeholders.
• Research where to find talent that might otherwise go unnoticed, including diverse talent.
• Map the talent market, keeping track of talent flow, market attrition and the companies that employ the sought-after talent.
• Specialise in event and project management, messaging analysis, creative prospecting and stakeholder engagement.

Required profile

• Established recruiter or sourcer with 3+ years of experience in a search firm or in-house recruiting team for high-volume recruiting.
• Proven track record of turning passive prospects into candidates with sourcing tools.
• High sense of urgency, strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and handle several roles at once.
