About the role

Join Sofitel Sydney Wentworth’s exclusive Club Millésime as a Receptionist, delivering warm, personalised service to our most valued guests. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring every interaction reflects the hotel’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create exceptional first impressions through professional, personalised service.
• Manage guest arrivals, departures and lounge access in line with hotel procedures.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.
• Maintain operational excellence with attention to detail and consistent service standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, hospitality or front‑office role preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a professional presentation.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with hotel property management systems, preferably Opera.
