Real Estate Sales Representative

About the role

Elders is looking for a Real Estate Sales Representative to join its growing team in Orange on a permanent, full-time basis. The representative drives listing and selling opportunities by building client relationships and proactive marketing, using knowledge of real estate legislation and local industry experience. The Elders network supports learning and career growth.

Key responsibilities

• List, market and sell properties
• Build and maintain client relationships to understand their current and future needs
• Take part in branch business development programs
• Achieve targets for sales, listings, appraisals and vendor-paid advertising
• Comply with professional standards and reporting requirements
• Help clients explore new opportunities with the Elders team
• Support promotional activities such as field days and community events

Required profile

• Local real estate industry experience
• Ability to appraise properties, identifying positive aspects and potential of rural and residential properties
• Current driver's licence
• Excellent communication, organisational, negotiation and client relationship skills
• Keen eye for detail, team player with good time management
• Forward-thinking, embraces technology
