Quality Tester – Mobile Apps (iOS/Android)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Test Engineer to join our Sydney team. The role focuses on testing iOS and Android carrier applications and performing comprehensive log analysis to ensure high‑quality mobile experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute test plans, cases and scripts for iOS and Android applications.
• Perform log analysis using QXDM, STT and MTK tools to identify issues and optimise performance.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback.
• Identify, document and track defects with appropriate bug‑tracking tools.
• Participate in test case reviews, define test strategy and ensure adequate coverage.
• Conduct regression testing to verify that new features do not impact existing functionality.
• Stay current with testing tools, methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of software testing experience, primarily on mobile applications.
• Relevant testing certification (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
