Quality Coordinator

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Quality Coordinator to join the Malabar System Alliance, a ten‑year wastewater infrastructure program in Sydney’s south and west. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will support the implementation of the Construction Quality Management Plan and ensure that quality systems meet project specifications, regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the Construction Quality Management Plan across the project.
• Lead inspection and testing activities on‑site.
• Identify, document and manage non‑conformances.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate project quality documentation.
• Support audits against project and regulatory standards.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Experience in construction quality inspection and testing.
• Working knowledge of relevant codes and standards.
• Skilled in non‑conformance and corrective‑action management.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Degree or diploma in quality, engineering or a related field.
