Quality Control Manager

About the role

The Quality Control Manager will lead the safe, accurate and effective control of incoming and manufactured products, ensuring they meet defined specifications and quality standards. This position works closely with production, R&D and other corporate departments to maintain high quality performance across the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Accept incoming goods and release manufactured products, stopping any non‑conforming items.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, corporate and local testing methods, procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain continuous control and calibration of testing equipment.
• Provide strong support and cooperation with the Production department.
• Proactively collaborate with relevant corporate departments, particularly R&D.

Required profile

• Technical degree.
• Previous experience leading quality control in a manufacturing facility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems autonomously and make decisions.
• Strong leadership and conflict‑mediation abilities.
• Awareness of economic, safety and environmental sustainability considerations.
