About the role
A high-profile real estate agency in Rockhampton, Queensland, is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join its team on a full-time basis. The agency prides itself on a supportive workplace culture, genuine team spirit and career opportunities for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships to understand their current and future needs
- Identify and cultivate new opportunities for new and existing clients' investments
- Carry out routine property inspections
- Handle debtor management
- Prepare the necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenants
- Work with the Elders team so clients can explore new opportunities
- Maximise promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events
Required profile
- Understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation
- Current driver's licence
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised, with good time management
- Smart, resourceful and forward-thinking, embracing technology
