Property Associate / Senior Associate

About the role

Harwood Andrews is seeking a motivated Associate or Senior Associate to join its Property team in Geelong. You will work closely with an experienced Principal and a high-performing, supportive team in a well-established and busy practice, with access to strong mentoring and genuine career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Work across the full lifecycle of property matters, including acquisitions and disposals
• Handle residential, retail, industrial and mixed-use developments
• Prepare option agreements
• Provide owners corporation advice and agreements
• Manage tenders and expressions of interest
• Advise on leasing transactions
• Advise on GST, stamp duty and other property-related considerations

Required profile

• Associate or Senior Associate with 3+ years PQE
• Solid foundation in property law
• Current practicing certificate
• Proactive approach, sound commercial awareness and a commitment to learning and growth
