Projects Supervisor – Mining FIFO

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Projects Supervisor to lead contractor work‑groups on site‑based capital projects supporting safe and efficient mining operations in Leonora, Western Australia. Reporting to the Senior Projects Engineer, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high quality standards while fostering a strong safety culture.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate contractor teams to execute capital projects safely, on schedule and within scope.
• Identify hazards, manage risks and promote proactive safety practices on‑site.
• Support project planning, scheduling and execution in collaboration with Project Engineers and stakeholders.
• Monitor contractor performance, compliance and quality, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Maintain accurate records, project documentation and reporting.
• Contribute to scope development, design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory experience in mining or construction environments.
• Strong contractor management and project delivery capabilities.
• Commitment to safety leadership and environmental responsibility.
• Relevant trade or project management qualifications (desirable).
• Section 26 Statutory Supervisor Certificate (highly regarded).
