Projects Superintendent – Construction Site Leader

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Projects Superintendent to lead day‑to‑day construction activities on site. The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards while acting as the primary on‑site point of contact for subcontractors, trades, and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Project Engineers and coordinate all site‑related activities.
• Sequence work to maintain flow and productivity, conducting daily inspections for progress, workmanship, and safety.
• Lead weekly coordination and look‑ahead meetings with all stakeholders.
• Identify schedule risks, develop recovery plans, and monitor resource allocation.
• Enforce company safety policies, investigate incidents, and maintain safety documentation.
• Assist the project team in cost control, scope change identification, and minimizing rework.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10–15+ years of engineering or project management experience in construction.
• Proven team leadership, conflict resolution, and decision‑making under pressure.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.
• Experience coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders.
