Project Supervisor – FIFO 8:6 – Various Sites WA

About the role

Sodexo is recruiting qualified and motivated Project Supervisors for its Projects Team across multiple locations in the Pilbara region. The role is permanent, full‑time on a FIFO 8:6 roster (flights from Perth) and reports to the Project Lead Engineer.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise employee relations, manage work crews and contractors, and ensure training and accountability.
• Evaluate and scope work requests, participate in weekly planning meetings, and align resources to schedules.
• Ensure safe execution of maintenance work, deliver minor and capital works, and manage unplanned work re‑scheduling.
• Review work performance, identify gaps, take corrective actions, and ensure compliance with escalation protocols.

Required profile

• Ability to anticipate issues, address them logically, and maintain a safety‑first mindset.
• Trade‑relevant qualification and relevant industry experience, preferably in mining.
• Working at Heights Licence (mandatory) and White Card (mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team‑oriented approach.
