Project Manager - Transmission Lines

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in managing challenging projects. You will be an integral part of our transmission lines business unit, delivering CPP’s projects nationally, building new transmission lines and tackling complex work on existing infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall project management and technical leadership for assigned transmission line projects.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and construction teams while managing client relationships and contractual deliverables.
• Spend approximately 20% of time in the field to ensure safety, quality, schedule and cost objectives are met.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in overhead transmission lines.
• Previous overhead transmission lines experience – essential.
• Strong communication, initiative and problem‑solving abilities.
• Site‑based project experience with proven ability to work alongside field crews.
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical training and industry experience, such as a lineworker background.
