Project Manager - Technical Services

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager to lead technical services projects across the building services spectrum. You will be responsible for delivering projects from feasibility through to handover, ensuring they meet time, cost, quality and performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Define success criteria for each project, covering schedule, budget, technical and performance parameters.
• Plan and manage quality, safety, health and environmental aspects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, and maintain effective governance structures.
• Develop detailed project plans, oversee procurement of contractors and consultants, and manage change control processes.
• Monitor project finances, produce progress reports, and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in engineering or project management, or equivalent industry experience in building services.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing technical building services projects autonomously.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to interface with clients and consultants at all project stages.
