Project Manager – SaaS Implementations

About the role

ELMO Software is seeking a Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of its SaaS HR solutions. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal technical teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and with a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage project timelines, resolve scheduling conflicts, and keep delivery on track.
• Guide customer project managers and teams using ELMO’s implementation methodology.
• Provide clear, regular updates to stakeholders on status, milestones, risks, and issues.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional resources to ensure successful solution deployment.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing SaaS or software implementation projects.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high‑quality outcomes.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Familiarity with SaaS delivery models and HRIS platforms.
• Risk and issue management.
