Project Manager – Integrated Electronic Security

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of integrated electronic security projects for government and commercial clients across Melbourne and Victoria. The role involves overseeing projects from planning through to client handover, ensuring they meet revenue, margin and schedule targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple integrated electronic security projects from initial planning to client handover.
• Deliver revenue and margin budgets in line with agreed targets.
• Meet planning commitments, deadlines and success measurements.
• Provide project lead on larger multi‑faceted projects.
• Mentor new Project Managers and Commissioners.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing integrated electronic security projects.
• Experience designing integrated electronic security systems.
• Australian citizenship.
• Familiarity with Australian Standards and their application.
• Current VIC Security Installers licence.
• Valid VIC driver’s licence.
• Ability to obtain NV1 Government Security Clearance (must be an Australian citizen).
