Project Manager – Infrastructure Programs

About the role

KBR is seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of a large portfolio of complex infrastructure programs within a client‑side environment. You will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to influence outcomes across the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi‑disciplinary projects with subject matter experts, client representatives and delivery partners.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and in accordance with cost, technical, environmental, operational, and social requirements.
• Contribute to design development, procurement, construction and commissioning phases across multiple concurrent projects.
• Support continuous improvement of project and program management capabilities, systems and processes.
• Analyse issues and risks to understand cause and assess impact.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management or relevant infrastructure industry experience.
• Demonstrated experience as a client‑side or consultant Project Manager with solid understanding of scope, risk, scheduling, cost and construction management.
• Strong communication and reporting skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Understanding of various delivery/contractual models and legislative WHS requirements.
