Project Manager (Healthcare Informatics)

About the role

Fujifilm Australia is looking for a Project Manager to join its Informatics team in Sydney. You will manage the entire project lifecycle for integrating Fujifilm Informatics products into healthcare facilities, with a focus on radiology and cardiology departments. The role covers coordinating installations, delivering on time and to quality, managing budgets, resolving issues and keeping communication flowing with internal teams, clients and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of medical product projects
• Coordinate resources, conduct site audits and ensure readiness for installations
• Provide administrative support, including meeting coordination, progress reports and business case development
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, giving technical guidance and product information
• Identify customer needs, help with technical solutions and support quotations, tenders and proposals
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and on-time delivery

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large-scale software projects (ideally over $2M) in healthcare or technical industries
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing multiple projects at once
• Strong understanding of the project lifecycle and methodologies
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage competing priorities and satisfy customers
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented and proactive in managing project resources and timelines
