Project Manager for Installations

About the role

The Project Manager for Installations leads complex, high‑value installation projects across multiple sites and modalities, working autonomously and partnering with sales, service, design, logistics and external contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of strategic, multi‑site and turnkey installation projects, acting as the senior escalation point for challenges.
• Partner with sales and commercial teams to shape tender strategies and ensure feasibility and competitiveness.
• Develop advanced project plans, risk frameworks and recovery strategies, aligning outcomes with business objectives and revenue forecasts.
• Champion EHS, compliance and quality standards while producing insights on cycle times, costs and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor and coach PMIs across all levels and contribute to global best‑practice development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or equivalent technical discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive project management experience in healthcare, construction or complex technical installations.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead escalations and negotiate complex solutions.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in backlog management, cost control and revenue enablement.
• Willingness to travel extensively across zones and regions.

Required skills

• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or similar process‑excellence expertise.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Salesforce and BI reporting dashboards.
• Technical depth across multiple modalities and construction trades.
