Project Manager (Finance Systems)

About the role

Profectus is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver projects and enhancements for an enterprise budgeting and reporting platform within an Australian Government agency. The platform is built on IBM Planning Analytics and supports budgeting, forecasting and reporting across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule projects and enhancements
• Coordinate resources across delivery teams
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies
• Track actions and decisions and run project meetings
• Monitor delivery against scope, schedule and priorities
• Prepare status and governance reports for stakeholders
• Maintain business requirements, specifications and process documentation
• Deliver change impact assessments, training and user guides
• Support transition of changes to business as usual
