Project Manager – Control Systems

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead control‑systems automation projects for a global provider serving the utilities sector. The role is hybrid, combining work from home, office, and client sites, and offers exposure to a strong pipeline of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of control‑systems projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate closely with clients to capture requirements and maintain strong relationships.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, procurement and field teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans and risk registers.
• Monitor project financials, track expenditures and report status to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in planning, coordinating and delivering automation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
