Project Manager – Business Change & Go‑to‑Market Transformation

About the role

This contract position (until December 2026) is for an experienced Project Manager to lead a high‑profile business transformation within a global financial services organisation. Working in the Communications function, you will coordinate the enterprise‑wide rebranding programme and establish the governance, stakeholder engagement and delivery framework required for a successful go‑to‑market transition.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage stakeholders across all business areas.
• Establish governance structures, steering committees and reporting frameworks.
• Audit existing customer touchpoints, collateral and branded assets.
• Map customer‑journey impacts and business dependencies.
• Develop project plans, delivery roadmaps and implementation frameworks.
• Coordinate activities across marketing, operations, sales, legal, technology and external partners.
• Manage program risks, issues and resource constraints.
• Drive stakeholder accountability and ensure delivery milestones are met.
• Support business readiness and change‑adoption activities.
• Work alongside technical project teams to align business and technology workstreams.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering enterprise‑wide business change or transformation programmes.
• Strong project governance and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Experience establishing operating models, frameworks and delivery structures from scratch.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Background in financial services, insurance or large corporate environments is highly regarded.
