Project Manager – BMS

About the role

Join Johnson Controls' Adelaide Projects team as a Project Manager focused on Building Management Systems (BMS). You will lead complex BMS and HVAC projects from inception through handover, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute assigned projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs and ensure profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project reviews, commissioning, FAT/SAT activities and customer acceptance.

Required profile

• Trade qualification in Electrical, HVAC, Refrigeration or an Engineering degree.
• Proven experience delivering BMS, building automation, controls or HVAC projects.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing project budgets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer engagement skills.

Required skills

• Building Automation Systems (BMS) and control strategies.
• HVAC systems and design intent.
• Microsoft Office, MS Project and project management tools.
• BIM and AutoCAD (highly regarded).
