Project Manager – APAC Regional Implementations

About the role

The Project Manager will drive visibility, governance and delivery discipline for regional implementations and operational transformation initiatives across the APAC region. Acting as the connective layer between senior leadership and on‑the‑ground teams, the role ensures priorities, progress, risks and dependencies are transparent and that teams are accountable for agreed outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day delivery of regional implementations and operational initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Maintain and update project plans, timelines, RAID logs and status reports to provide clear visibility for all stakeholders.
• Track progress against milestones, highlight risks, dependencies and delays, and facilitate timely resolution.
• Serve as the central point of coordination for cross‑functional teams including Client Services, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Technology and Operations.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops and client‑facing interactions, ensuring follow‑up on actions and decisions.
• Prepare concise project updates, dashboards and governance materials for internal and client leadership forums.
• Support governance routines such as project reviews and status reporting, ensuring consistent application of project management standards.

Required profile

• Strong influencing and stakeholder‑management capabilities at senior levels.
• Ability to identify emerging issues, risks or gaps and drive appropriate escalation.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Experience working in fast‑moving, complex environments with multiple workstreams.
