Project Manager – Air & Ports (Queensland)

About the role

CJC, part of the CABER Group, is looking for experienced Project Managers to lead airport, aviation, ports and regional infrastructure projects across Queensland. You will work closely with operators, councils and government agencies to deliver capital works and manage operational interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of airport, aviation, ports and regional infrastructure projects.
• Support project development, planning, procurement and capital works delivery.
• Oversee scope, programme, budget and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and client stakeholders.
• Manage operational interfaces within active infrastructure environments.
• Prepare business cases, funding submissions and secure project approvals.
• Contribute to master planning, asset management and infrastructure development initiatives.
• Support project governance, procurement and delivery assurance activities.

Required profile

• Degree qualified in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Aviation Management or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering aviation, ports, transport or capital‑works projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to coordinate consultants, contractors and public‑sector stakeholders.
• Understanding of project delivery, planning, procurement and construction interfaces.
• Based in Queensland or willing to travel regionally.
