Project Management Analyst – 1 Year Contract

About the role

This 12‑month contract supports the Project Leader and Clinical Project Manager in delivering clinical research projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain project documentation, files, records and reports in line with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and track project communications, documents, materials and supplies.
  • Review and manage payment details, supporting invoice processing for study sites.
  • Update internal systems, databases and timelines with project‑specific information.
  • Prepare status, tracking and finance reports and assist with budget allocation.
  • Take minutes at meetings, distribute actions and support preparation of presentation materials.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant clinical research experience.
  • Strong teamwork, problem‑solving and detail‑oriented approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
