Project Coordinator

About the role

As a Project Coordinator you will support the safe, profitable and timely delivery of construction projects across Western Australia, working alongside experienced Project and Site Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Support Site Managers with safety signage, inductions, observations, defect management and reporting.
• Coordinate subcontractors, manage work sequencing and monitor quality.
• Assist with subcontractor and supplier invoices, cost reports and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Support project programming, variations and subcontract administration.
• Manage RFIs, meeting minutes, drawing registers and project documentation.
• Maintain records for payment claims, risk, contract, quality and defect close‑out.

Required profile

• Organised, proactive and eager to develop project delivery capability in a fast‑paced construction environment.
• Sound technical foundation with a sharp eye for detail and a collaborative approach.
• Building‑related degree, diploma, current study or trade background.
• Understanding of contemporary building practices and basic knowledge of head contracts and sub‑contracts.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project).
• Experience with construction software such as JOBPAC and Procore.
