Project Architect – Remote, High Security Projects

About the role

Roberts Ginnever is seeking a full‑time Project Architect to join its remote team from July 2026. You will work on highly technical, compliance‑driven projects for police and government clients, influencing design decisions, buildability, and early risk identification.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from concept through construction documentation.
• Coordinate lead consultants and act as the primary client interface.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive drawing packages.
• Ensure quality control and uphold professional standards.
• Report directly to the directors and attend occasional site activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture.
• Australian citizenship (required); defence clearance preferred.
• 3–5+ years post‑graduate experience, ideally on defence or government projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction, NCC and Australian Standards.
• Excellent communication, time‑management and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in Enscape.
• Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Bluebeam.
