Program Manager – Global Supply Chain Program (Australia)

About the role

Moog is seeking a Program Manager for its Global Supply Chain Program (GSCP) in Australia. Reporting to the Director of Industry Development, you will act as the primary link between Moog U.S. sites and Australian suppliers, driving export opportunities and enhancing supplier capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead gap analysis of the Moog US supply chain to identify opportunities for Australian suppliers.
• Develop and manage cross‑business‑unit relationships to promote GSCP and inform stakeholders.
• Advocate GSCP across the Moog enterprise, facilitating communication between sites, program teams, supply chain, operations, engineering and suppliers.
• Maintain Australian industry supplier capability lists and support supplier engagement for specific customer projects.
• Coordinate with Moog’s trade controls team to ensure compliant information transfer for work package opportunities.
• Organise trade missions, site visits, supplier capability training and technology development programs.
• Collaborate with Australian government programs (e.g., Office of Defence Industry Support, Team Defence Australia, Austrade) to grow exports.
• Plan, track and report accumulated costs for the GSCP.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Program Management or a related field.
• Advantageous: Engineering degree or ability to assess technical information.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain and/or program management.
