Program Coordinator – Touch Football

About the role

Saint Ignatius’ College Riverview is seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to lead its Touch Football curriculum. The role involves overseeing all aspects of the program, from student participation to competition management, ensuring a high‑performing and inclusive sporting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the touch football program across all year levels.
• Coordinate student participation, fixtures, and competition logistics.
• Develop and support coaches through training and mentorship.
• Engage with parents, staff, and external partners to promote the program.
• Foster a positive, inclusive culture that aligns with the College’s values.

Required profile

• Demonstrated knowledge of coaching and running a touch football program.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
• Experience in budgeting and financial management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to the College’s mission and values.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
