Production Supervisor – Food Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a fast‑paced food manufacturing team near Bankstown. You will ensure that production runs efficiently while meeting strict quality, safety and sanitation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate stock requirements from the warehouse to the manufacturing floor.
• Lead a production crew of 40‑50 members, overseeing daily operations and line performance.
• Maintain sanitation and waste‑disposal processes in line with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor production metrics to balance quality and efficiency.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in a packing room environment for finished goods.
• Proven line‑management experience in a fast‑moving FMCG setting.
• Full working rights in Australia.
