About the role
Join Mars Wrigley’s supportive production team on a 4‑day work week, operating a fixed night‑shift pattern. You will help produce high‑quality confectionery, gum and mints enjoyed by millions.
Key responsibilities
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure products meet Mars’ quality and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Complete clear shift handovers and plan for schedule changes.
- Work collaboratively to achieve team production targets.
Required profile
- Interest in manufacturing and a reliable work ethic.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to change and solve problems.
