Production Operator – Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Production Operator to join our manufacturing team at Mars Birdcare in Wacol. You will work on a day‑shift roster, operating equipment that produces high‑quality bird‑care products. No prior experience is required – we will provide full training.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor a range of machinery, including wrapping machines, conveyors, and packaging lines.
• Perform quality checks to ensure every product meets company standards.
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
• Carry out tasks such as box filling, flow‑wrapping, and bagging.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.
