Production Manager & Designer (Luxury Experiences)

About the role

Join THE WORLD OF as a full‑time Production Manager & Designer, leading the creation of large‑scale, technically complex experiential environments for premium luxury brands.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver highly detailed, ephemeral installations for brands such as Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Apple and others.
• Lead custom build, fabrication, spatial design, AV, lighting and rigging throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce accurate Vectorworks/CAD drawings and comprehensive build documentation.
• Manage budgets, quotes, supplier negotiations and ensure cost‑effective delivery.
• Control schedules, logistics and on‑site execution while maintaining rigorous quality standards.
• Oversee health, safety, permits and compliance for all production activities.

Required profile

• Premium operator with uncompromising attention to detail and delivery standards.
• Extensive experience in custom build, fabrication, spatial design, AV, lighting and rigging.
• Proficient in Vectorworks/CAD and capable of producing precise technical drawings.
• Commercially astute with strong budgetary and supplier negotiation skills.
• Calm, strategic and solution‑oriented under pressure, with strong process‑driven mindset.
• Hands‑on leader who can drive end‑to‑end production outcomes.
• Safety‑focused with ownership of WH&S, permits and compliance.
• Experience or strong alignment with luxury, fashion and beauty sectors and unrestricted working rights in Australia.
